By accessing, browsing, or purchasing products ("Products") through The Toy Emporium's website ([invalid URL removed].au), mobile applications, or any other services offered (collectively, the "Platforms"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these Terms of Use, please refrain from using the Services.

1. Eligibility

The Toy Emporium authorizes you to view and access The Toy Emporium Content solely for identifying Products, making purchases, and processing returns and refunds in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy. You are granted a limited, revocable permission to access and use the Services, but this does not include permission for resale of Products, commercial use of The Toy Emporium Content, collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or prices, or any derivative use of the Platforms or The Toy Emporium Content.

Visual representations, including graphics, illustrations, photographs, images, videos, charts, screenshots, infographics, and other visual aids, are provided to assist you in identifying Products. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, The Toy Emporium disclaims any guarantee or warranty of exactness. The final appearance of the delivered Product may vary.

You agree to maintain and promptly update all information you provide, ensuring it is true, accurate, current, and complete. The Toy Emporium reserves the right to indefinitely suspend, terminate, or block your access to the Platforms if you provide false information.

9. Communications

By registering or purchasing Products, you agree to receive text messages (including internet-based mobile messaging) and/or emails from The Toy Emporium regarding registration, order acceptance or rejection, payment information, product dispatch information, other activities on the Platforms, and promotions. A text message or email confirming receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of your offer. The Toy Emporium's acceptance occurs only when the Products are dispatched and confirmed by a separate text message or email. The Toy Emporium reserves the right to limit order quantities or cancel orders before dispatch.
